DzamboService.com — Portfolio with a Mini Spare Parts Shop

DzamboService.com is a redesigned portfolio for an air conditioning service that combines project showcases, blog advice, and quick purchase of spare parts. The goal was to simplify service scheduling and allow clients to immediately order the consumables most commonly used during maintenance.

Case study

The company approached us with a static website that had no online ordering capability and no clear service structure. Most inquiries came by phone, and the service team lacked a client-by-client intervention history.

We analyzed the most common scenarios: emergency interventions, regular service scheduling, and consumable purchases by clients who maintain their own equipment. This helped us design a homepage that guides users through three clear flows and displays prices upfront.

We implemented a mini shop based on a headless solution that enables inventory management and online payments. For items frequently sold during service visits, we added an 'Add to Service' option linking the order directly to the scheduled appointment.

For existing clients, we created an account area to check service history, warranty periods, and collected parts. This reduced phone inquiries and sped up preparation for new interventions.

Results were visible within the first month: inquiries through the web form increased fourfold, and 27% of users used the online payment option for spare parts before the technician’s arrival.
