We first structured the content through an information architecture strategy and the storytelling framework 'Problem — Solution — Result'. Each section received a clear CTA to collect qualified leads and send them directly to the CRM team.
For the partner map, we built an interactive component powered by a Supabase database, allowing filtering by industry and location. The system caches results to keep the page fast even on mobile devices.
The onboarding form verifies tax IDs through public registries and validates basic financial data before the lead reaches the CRM. This reduced manual verification time from two days to four hours.
